The Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam is one of the most famous museums in the world and the largest museum in the Netherlands. At the time of its opening in 1885, the Rijksmuseum acquired a large number of collections – paintings, prints and drawings, sculptures and objects of historical significance.

This imposing building reflects the precious collection inside: a tribute to the art and history of the Netherlands. On the outside of this architectural masterpiece you can find busts and names of more than 80 different artists. Once you are inside the museum, you can see iconic artworks with your own eyes, such as the Night Watch of Rembrandt van Rijn and the Milkmaid of Vermeer.
